All bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to the date.
My classes are BYOB and include printed recipes, instructions, ingredients and a tasting. During the class you are welcome to participate hands-on or learn by observation – the choice is yours. You will learn to slice and dice, knead dough from scratch, marinade, bake, blanch, sauté and simmer.
There are a variety of menus to pick from and they can be customized to suit your particular restrictions or interests upon request.
